At Instant eSIM, we value our customers and aim to provide reliable global eSIM services. This Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness in the rare cases where a refund may be applicable. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


2. Digital Product Nature

All eSIMs are digital, non-returnable, and non-tangible products. Once an eSIM profile is delivered, scanned, or activated, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or reused. Refunds are only considered under the conditions outlined in this policy.


3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

- The eSIM was not delivered to your registered email within the promised time.
- You were unable to activate the eSIM due to a verified technical issue on our side, and our support team cannot resolve it.
- The purchased plan was incompatible with your device, and this incompatibility was not clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase.
- Coverage was unavailable in the destination country, despite being advertised as available.


4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

- Your device is not eSIM-compatible, where compatibility information was already provided.
- Installation or activation failed due to user error or incorrect setup.
- You used part of the data plan or did not use it at all.
- The validity period of the plan has expired.
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- Fraudulent activities, misuse, or violations of terms are suspected.


5. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase.
2. Provide your order number, registered email, and a clear description of the issue.
3. Cooperate with our technical team during troubleshooting (if required).

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.


6. Additional Terms

- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
- Unauthorized purchases are subject to investigation and approval.
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase, regardless of usage.
- Instant eSIM is not liable for service interruptions or network unavailability beyond our control.
- All eSIM purchases are considered one-time transactions and cannot be reused or transferred.
