Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Instant eSIM, all of our products are digital eSIMs. No physical shipping is required. Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, your eSIM details (including QR code and setup instructions) will be delivered electronically.
Delivery Method
eSIM profiles are delivered instantly via email to the address provided during checkout. You may also access your purchased eSIM(s) by logging into your Instant eSIM account (if applicable).
Delivery Time
In most cases, your eSIM will be delivered within a few minutes of purchase.
Occasionally, order verification or payment processing may cause a short delay. If you do not receive your eSIM within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
Important Notes
- Since eSIMs are digital, there are no shipping fees.
- Please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing.
- Once delivered, the eSIM QR code is considered consumed and cannot be re-shipped.
