Instant eSIM Terms of Service (also referred to as Terms and Conditions)
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Instant eSIM's website, services, and prepaid eSIM products. By accessing or purchasing from Instant eSIM, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Service availability depends on the coverage areas and network partners of Instant eSIM. While we aim to provide reliable global connectivity, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, fault-free, or error-free service.
3. Registration and User Responsibilities
To use our services, customers may need to register with accurate and current personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities conducted through your account.
You must ensure that all information provided during registration and purchase is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or termination of service without refund.
Users agree not to engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities that may affect the performance, security, or integrity of our services.
4. Device Compatibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device is eSIM-compatible and network-unlocked. Instant eSIM provides resources to help customers check compatibility, but cannot be held liable for unsuccessful activations caused by incompatible devices.
Instant eSIM is not responsible for failed activations due to incorrect device settings, software issues, or attempts to install on unsupported devices.
5. Service Activation and Duration
The service contract begins upon successful purchase and activation of an eSIM plan. Plans are valid for the duration specified at purchase or until the data allowance is consumed.
Plans cannot be paused, transferred, or shared across multiple devices once activated. Expired or fully consumed plans cannot be extended or reused.
6. Payment Terms
Payments for Instant eSIM services can be made via Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, and other supported methods. All payments are securely processed, and prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
All prices are displayed in the currency specified on our website (e.g., USD/INR) and may be subject to currency conversion fees if paid in another currency. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds and authorized transactions.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are only issued under conditions defined in our Refund Policy. Once activated or used, eSIMs are generally non-refundable. Refund requests must follow the process outlined in the Refund Policy.
Refunds are not available for issues caused by device incompatibility, incorrect device settings, or improper installation by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability
Instant eSIM provides services on an "as-is" basis and makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, speed, or coverage.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Instant eSIM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected service.

10. Intellectual Property

11. Prohibited Use & Fair Usage
You may not use Instant eSIM services for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, including but not limited to spam, unauthorized VoIP, bulk messaging, or activities that violate applicable laws.
Instant eSIM may apply fair usage policies to prevent excessive or abusive consumption of services that negatively impacts other users.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India.
Before seeking legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes amicably through written communication or mediation.
